Informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali

2. In breve
- Non serve registrarsi: non chiediamo nome, email, telefono o password.
- La posizione viene usata solo mentre usi l'App, per mostrarti le segnalazioni vicine e verificare che tu sia sul posto.
- Le segnalazioni e le eventuali foto sono pubbliche e anonime; scadono e vengono cancellate automaticamente.
- L'App mostra annunci tramite Google AdMob; in UE la pubblicità personalizzata richiede il tuo consenso.
- Puoi cancellare tutti i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento da Informazioni → Elimina i miei dati.

La tua posizione non viene registrata in modo continuo. Quando consulti la mappa le coordinate servono solo a ottenere le segnalazioni vicine e non vengono conservate. Quando voti salviamo solo la distanza dal punto, non la tua posizione. Quando segnali, viene salvato il punto della segnalazione, che è pubblico ma non collegato alla tua identità. L'App non usa la posizione in background.
4. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
- Segnalazioni e relativi voti: fino alla scadenza (da 15 minuti a pochi giorni secondo il tipo, al massimo un anno per elementi stabili come le fontanelle); cancellate definitivamente entro 10 minuti dalla scadenza.
- Foto: non sono più accessibili dal momento in cui la segnalazione scade, viene eliminata o viene rimossa dalla moderazione; i file vengono cancellati dal server entro circa 10 minuti. Le copie che altri utenti hanno salvato sul proprio dispositivo restano sotto la loro responsabilità.
- Identificativo anonimo: finché usi l'App; cancellato con tutti i dati collegati dopo 12 mesi di inattività o subito con "Elimina i miei dati".
- Preferenze (tema, filtri, tutorial visto): solo sul tuo dispositivo, finché non disinstalli l'App.
- Email di assistenza: il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e comunque non oltre 24 mesi.
- Dati pubblicitari: secondo le policy di Google indicate al punto 5.
5. A chi comunichiamo i dati
I dati sono trattati da fornitori che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento o come titolari autonomi:
- Supabase Inc. – database, archiviazione delle foto, autenticazione anonima e aggiornamenti in tempo reale. Server situati nell'Unione Europea. supabase.com/privacy
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (AdMob) – pubblicità e gestione del consenso. Titolare autonomo per i propri trattamenti. Come Google utilizza i dati
- Fornitori delle mappe (OpenStreetMap Foundation e/o MapTiler AG) – ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP quando l'App scarica le immagini della mappa.
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li comunichiamo ad altri soggetti, salvo obblighi di legge o richieste dell'autorità.
6. Trasferimenti fuori dall'UE
Alcuni fornitori (in particolare Google) possono trattare dati negli Stati Uniti. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base della decisione di adeguatezza UE-USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) o delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.
7. Pubblicità e consenso
Al primo avvio, se ti trovi nello Spazio economico europeo, nel Regno Unito o in Svizzera, ti viene chiesto se acconsenti alla pubblicità personalizzata tramite la piattaforma di consenso di Google. Puoi cambiare scelta in ogni momento da Informazioni → Privacy annunci. Se non acconsenti vedrai annunci non personalizzati. Su iOS non tracciamo la tua attività tra app di altre aziende senza il tuo permesso.
8. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere l'accesso, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione o la portabilità dei tuoi dati, opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse e revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, scrivendo a info@sempiterno.it. Poiché non conosciamo la tua identità, per esercitare i diritti sui dati dell'App il modo più semplice è usare la funzione Elimina i miei dati. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo Paese.
9. Minori
L'App non è destinata a minori di 14 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente loro dati.
10. Sicurezza
Le comunicazioni sono cifrate (HTTPS). L'accesso ai dati sul server è limitato da regole che consentono a ciascun utente di modificare o cancellare solo i propri contenuti.
11. Modifiche
Potremmo aggiornare questa informativa. La data dell'ultimo aggiornamento è indicata in alto; in caso di modifiche rilevanti te lo segnaleremo nell'App.

2. In short
- No sign-up: we never ask for your name, email, phone number or password.
- Your location is used only while you use the App, to show nearby reports and to check you are on the spot.
- Reports and any photos are public and anonymous; they expire and are deleted automatically.
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob; in the EU, personalised ads require your consent.
- You can delete all your data at any time from About → Delete my data.

Your location is not recorded continuously. When you browse the map, coordinates are only used to fetch nearby reports and are not stored. When you vote we only store the distance from the point, not your location. When you report, the point of the report is stored; it is public but not linked to your identity. The App does not use location in the background.
4. How long we keep data
- Reports and their votes: until they expire (from 15 minutes to a few days depending on the type, at most one year for permanent items such as drinking fountains); permanently deleted within 10 minutes of expiry.
- Photos: no longer accessible from the moment the report expires, is deleted or is removed by moderation; files are erased from the server within about 10 minutes. Copies other users saved to their own devices are their responsibility.
- Anonymous ID: while you use the App; deleted with all linked data after 12 months of inactivity, or immediately with "Delete my data".
- Preferences (theme, filters, tutorial seen): only on your device until you uninstall the App.
- Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months.
- Advertising data: according to Google's policies listed in section 5.
5. Who we share data with
Data is processed by providers acting as processors or as independent controllers:
- Supabase Inc. – database, photo storage, anonymous authentication and real-time updates. Servers located in the European Union. supabase.com/privacy
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (AdMob) – advertising and consent management. Independent controller for its own processing. How Google uses data
- Map providers (OpenStreetMap Foundation and/or MapTiler AG) – receive your IP address when the App downloads map images.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where required by law or by the authorities.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (in particular Google) may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Advertising and consent
On first launch, if you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Google's consent platform asks whether you agree to personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from About → Ad privacy. If you do not consent you will see non-personalised ads. On iOS we do not track your activity across other companies' apps without your permission.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@sempiterno.it. Because we don't know who you are, the easiest way to exercise your rights over App data is the Delete my data feature. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority in your country.
9. Children
The App is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Security
All communications are encrypted (HTTPS). Server access rules ensure each user can only change or delete their own content.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top; we will let you know in the App about significant changes.
